1 The production process and disadvantages of the centrifuge before transformation The centrifuge is a refining device for a product. 2 Frequency conversion transformation plan In view of the above situation, decided to transform the centrifuge drive system frequency conversion.
2.1 Fuji inverter (FRENIC5000BG9-68Kw)
Fuji inverter is a high-reliability product manufactured by comprehensive modern technology. The main features are as follows: (1) The switching element adopts GTO, which improves the reliability of the inverter. (2) Adopt pulse width modulation to make the equivalent waveform close to sine wave, reduce the higher harmonic components and improve the output voltage quality. This can save money and increase the utilization rate of the inverter. (2) In order to prevent the inverter from affecting production, a contactor is installed at the front of the inverter, so that the inverter can be bypassed for maintenance without affecting production. (3) According to the characteristics of the centrifuge with large rotational inertia, it is decided to choose the G9 series inverter. Since the maximum drag motor is 45Kw, considering that there is a certain margin, the 68Kw inverter is selected. (4) According to the process requirements, the function curve of the inverter is set according to the performance of the centrifuge. The inverter is set to a multi-stage variable speed control scheme. The initial synchronous speed of the fabric is 300 rpm / min; 500 rpm / Points; thrown at the time is set at 1000 rpm. (5) Due to the explosion-proof requirements on site, the inverter is installed in the power distribution room, and the load motor is provided with an adjustable frequency power supply through the output cable. Only the explosion-proof control button is installed next to the centrifuge to achieve start, stop and grade adjustment The speed function and other display functions are all installed on the console, which is installed in the power distribution room. (6) In order to improve productivity and shorten the time of each stop, the inverter adds energy-consuming braking equipment.
