Note: When the temperature measurement exceeds the range, the temperature measurement probe should be immediately away from the measured medium, or the temperature of the measured medium should be restored to the measurement range, and the temperature measurement probe must not have a large range of temperature changes. All operations that violate the prescribed usage methods will affect the measurement accuracy and service life of the thermometer.

If the error exceeds the accuracy range, you can open the watch case, take out the internal circuit board, adjust the only one potentiometer, so that the thermometer shows 199.9 ℃.
