Steps to ensure successful color management

In order to ensure the success of color management, the following conditions and work steps must first be followed:

1. After receiving an order, you must check the following data:

1 image resolution: 304.8dpi at 150lpi screening

2 must be standard 4 color printing + possible other spot colors

3 files must have been converted to PDF/X3 standard file format

4 all text has been embedded

2. Make sure the plate has been able to publish linearly:

Plate points must be published linearly, 50% in the document, and 50% on the plate.

3. In order to ensure the ideal transfer of the edition, it is recommended to use computer to publish directly.

4. The printing press correctly adjusts and standardizes the operating room's very important conditions. The printing press must be maintained and set in accordance with the specifications of the equipment.

5. The printing shop and paper storage environment must be stable.
