1. First check the tensile tester displacement sensor. Since the displacement system of the tensile testing machine adopts a three-closed loop control method, the loop in the displacement system should be disconnected first to make it an open loop system. Then measure the feedback value of the displacement sensor. After repeating a few times, the measured feedback data of the sensor is a straight line that changes linearly to determine whether the sensor is normal.

2. Check the amplifier unit next. If there is no problem with the displacement sensor, it is important to check the amplifier unit of the tensile tester. The output signal of the normal amplifier unit should be linearly changed.

3. If it is not caused by the above reasons, you should check whether the computer software settings are correct or recalibrate and correct the displacement system.
