9) Screen printing products mostly require die cutting and indentation. However, the screen deformation, elongation, and slight change in the position of the substrate to be placed during printing may cause difficulties in post-processing. Therefore, it is very important that the die-lined negative film of such a product is printed after the actual printed matter prevails.

10) Screen printing products, such as signs, often require punching. In the design of these print stencil negatives, the punched part can be marked with the position and diameter. It is even possible to directly mark the punch center point and diameter on the print or proof sheet without having to make the stencil sheet.

11) The screen printing production of the optical disc does not require a bleeding edge, that is, how large the printing range is and how large it is made. However, it should be noted here that the pattern of the optical disk will be printed on a silver substrate in the future. At this time, it is necessary to add a white ink, except for special needs. This is often overlooked by designers and customers.

12) For abnormally strict corporate standard colors, etc., they must be signed and signed by the customer before they are manufactured and proofed. Otherwise, they are likely to be reworked or even claimed.
