1.2 Test method
When reactive dye ink is used for digital inkjet printing, the fabric needs to be pretreated. The pretreatment working fluid is mainly composed of alkali, urea and sodium alginate. The fabric after pretreatment can be dried for inkjet printing. The fabric after inkjet printing needs to be steam fixed.

Process flow: pretreatment (liquid rate 70%) → drying (100 ℃) → spray printing → steaming (100 ℃ × 20min) → cold water washing (2 to 3 times) → hot water washing (50 ℃, 2 times) → Soaping → Cold water washing → air drying.
1.3 Test method
1.3.1K / S value determination
The K / S value of the printed fabric after steaming and water washing was measured with a computer color measurement and color matching system, as an indicator to measure the apparent color depth of the inkjet printed fabric.
1.3.2 Color fastness test
The rubbing fastness is tested according to GB / T3920-1997 "Textile color fastness test rubbing color fastness".
The soaping fastness is tested according to GB / T3921.1-1997 "Textile color fastness test: Washing color fastness: Test 1".
The light fastness is tested according to GB / T8427-1998 "Textile color fastness test: artificial light color fastness: xenon arc".
