This requires categorizing customers and arranging them. At the same time, we must combine the factory's positioning of customer groups and the performance of production equipment. After a series of analysis and statistics, we select a large amount of products, cover a wide range of products, and adapt to production. The paper used is the basic paper for our factory. This is a process that needs constant consideration and improvement. There are many types of paper, but for cartons, there are cattle, cardboard, corrugated, and whiteboard. Each type of paper has a different quality grade and different weight specifications. The determination of the paper width is another very important task. In actual use, there will be variations in the vertical and horizontal tension of the paper, which will make adjustments frequently and even very difficult to seriously affect the speed and product quality. Therefore, we must have a comprehensive and comprehensive evaluation of the quality of paper, both to meet customer requirements for the product but also to meet the needs of the production process, which is particularly important for high-speed cardboard production line.

How to make good use of qualified raw papers imported into the factory is an important part of the design of carton paper. The key to the production planning of the pull tabs of the production line is to rationally and scientifically classify and match the papers used for processing orders according to different widths, types, and specifications in order to reduce the frequency of changing papers and changing the width of the production pull tabs, and to increase production. Efficiency and reduce the loss of base paper caused by frequent paper change, at the same time must also take into account the post-printing process plan and order delivery requirements.

There is an important part of the paper process that must be taken seriously. That is zero paper management. The so-called zero paper refers to a small roll of paper that has been retired after the production line has not been used up. Managing zero paper is an important part of improving paper use law. In the carton factory, small and small paper rolls are often used to make full use of the cost of the carton to improve many, but to manage the zero paper is also a need to do a good job and hard work to do a good job. For example, when the base paper is issued, the appropriate paper roll should be selected according to the length of the order; when the large order is processed, the zero paper should be inserted in due course.
