Japan developed a high-brightness mirror ink

Nippon Fine Agbars Co., Ltd. has recently developed a high-brightness mirror ink. The ink uses a special aluminum pigment that can be printed on the back of a clear plastic material to give a mirror-like light effect. In addition, the ink can also be printed on a solvent-resistant material to achieve a mirror effect. The ink uses a special resin, which belongs to a single-night evaporation-drying type ink, which can be printed on the back of smooth and transparent materials such as PC, PVC, etc., to produce a mirror effect, and also has a metallic luster.

The ink uses high-brightness special aluminum pigments, bright color. The ink has good viscosity and printability. Thinners are generally not required when using this ink. However, if the ink is already used, it is poured into the ink tank. When it is used again, it needs thinner. In order to improve the operability of the ink, 5% of special thinner can be added. The screen used for printing is preferably 250-300 mesh. Use a 80 hardness scraper. The ink can be dried at room temperature. In order to increase the printing brightness, forced drying can also be performed at a temperature of 50-60°C.

If the used mesh and drying conditions do not match the above parameters, the print quality will be degraded.
