The traditional waterproof and moisture-proof materials of corrugated boxes are generally made of resin, clear oil, and V oil (moisture-proof oil). I. Application of HF-2 water repellent agent in corrugated board production line

Imported corrugated board production lines generally have devices that are coated with waterproof and moisture-proof materials, while domestically-made corrugated board production lines are not equipped with such devices, which will easily affect the quality of domestic corrugated cardboard. In order to solve the problem of coating water-proof and moisture-proof materials on the domestic-made corrugated board production line, glue-applying devices can be installed on the tile lines. According to the different ways of coating, it can be divided into two kinds: outer coating and inner coating. Now the method is introduced as follows:

II. Application of HF-3 Water Repellent in Small Carton Factory (No Corrugated Paperboard Production Line)

For small cardboard boxes without corrugated cardboard production line, to solve the waterproof and moisture-proof problems of corrugated paper and the waterproof and moisture-proof problems of honeycomb paper products, the use of HF-3 water repellent is an ideal choice. Use glue machine brushing. After finishing the box, you can use soft brush, push roller, foam sponge to paint by hand and spray gun, do not need drying or drying. Drying speed is the ideal waterproof and moisture-proof material.

III. Application of HF-6 Carton Water Repellents in Whiteboard Carton

HF-6 carton water repellent is a special waterproof agent for white cardboard boxes. It solves the high-grade development requirements of the carton packaging industry, and its operation method is simple. After the cardboard printing process is completed, it can be brushed with a glue machine. After completion, soft brush, foam sponge, hand brushing or spray gun spraying can be used.
