The operating principle of the Heidelberg printing press dampening system is composed of an alcohol sucker, an additive sucker, an upper water pump, a water tank and a refrigeration system, and an intermediate return tank. When an external water source enters the Technotrans dampening system, the additive sucker is first injected into the tank. The high water flow in the additive sucker causes the internal air pressure to be lower than the outside air pressure, and the additive is sucked into the water tank due to the effect of the air pressure difference.
The principle of the alcohol sucker for sucking alcohol is basically the same as the principle of sucking the additive. The difference is that the float in the alcohol device measures whether the alcohol content in the dampening fluid has reached a set proportion from time to time. If the control device does not open the valve, it can be inhaled. The alcohol is turned off. The upper pump sends the fountain solution to the heat exchanger in the refrigeration system. The heat exchanger cools the fountain solution through the upper tube and feeds it into the fountain solution tank. With the return system to keep the fountain solution in the water tank at a certain level for printing. This is how the dampening system works.
In the use process of the Heidelberg dampening unit, additive suckers sometimes do not absorb additives. According to analysis, there may be several reasons.
1, the external water pressure is too low. According to its working principle, the water entering the additive sucker needs a certain flow rate, so that negative pressure can be generated to suck the additive into the water tank.
2, control the water solenoid valve damage, float switch failure. If the Sheung Shui solenoid valve is damaged, the float switch is damaged, the float switch cannot open the solenoid valve, and the external water source cannot enter the additive sucker. Failure of the float switch can cause the solenoid valve to fail to work properly.
3, the use of additives. This is a major reason. Because the inside of the additive sucker is composed of smaller pores, if the selected additive is liable to precipitate, these precipitated additives easily clog the pores inside the sucker, causing the additive to fail to work properly. When additives are selected, liquid additives that are not prone to precipitation and crystallization should be used, and powdered additives should not be used.
How the Hydder dampening unit can be maintained during use! The dusting device and printing paper of the printing press can generate a lot of dust. These dusts can easily enter the dampening unit. Most of the problems related to the dampening unit encountered in production are due to improper maintenance and cleaning is not caused in time. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the following issues in the production work:
1. All filters and filters should be cleaned in time.
2, the cooling system cleaning. If the condenser is not cleaned properly, it will cause the heat of Freon (also called the snow species) to be unable to dissipate, resulting in the cooling system not working properly.
3. The cleaning of the water tank should be cleaned in a timely manner. The sediments caused by the dampening solution should be promptly cleaned. If the clean water does not clean up, it can cause plugging of the upper water return pipe and heat exchanger, resulting in the system not working properly.
