We need the material, quantity, size, colors and other special requirements. |
3. Can you do the design for us? |
Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry them out. It doesn't matter if you do not have completed files, send us high resolution images, your logo and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will finish files and confirm it with you. |
4. Do you have a factory? |
Company wholly owned factory can produce all kinds of wooden crafts and furniture. |
5. Can I get a sample from you? |
After the product details have been confirmed, you can ask for samples. Normally small samples are free. Even charged for large numbers of samples, it will be fully returned after order placed. |
6. How long can I expect to get the sample? |
5-7working days. |
7. What about the lead time for normal products? |
About 35-45 days for full container qty. |
8. What's your payment term? |
40% deposit in advance by T/T, balance 60% against copy of B/L. |
