Developed and marketed powder compaction packaging machine

Recently, Nagasaki Machine Manufacturing Co., Ltd. of Japan developed and listed a fully automatic powder packaging machine, a powder compression mass packaging machine, which has attracted the attention of the packaging industry.
According to reports, the newly developed packaging machine consists of an inner tube device (filter) and an outer tube device (vacuum). The inner tube consists of a metal filter and a porous metal plate. When the screw device is used to transfer the powder that has been processed, the air in the powder is pumped in the air, leaving the air between the particles to continue to be degassed by a special filter in the inner tube without releasing any powder. Granules, newly developed vacuum suction devices and screw compression, increase the bulk density of the powder and reduce powder packaging. The packing machine uses a special filter to combine vacuum degassing, screw compression, automatic metering and packaging into one process, which has the advantages of labor saving, less dust, and improved operating environment. It can be used for the processing and packaging of flour and other powder materials.
