Germany's new injection machine PC control system come out

DES-MA recently developed a new injection molding machine control system based on PC components. The design of the system is adapted to the requirements of automation technology and provides customers with more efficient products.
The controllers used in the previous injection molding machines were all based on SPS technology developed by Siemens. In order to meet the increasing flexibility of plastics processing equipment without the need for additional equipment costs and special licensing fees, Dexma uses PC-based routes to provide customers with decentralized solutions. Together with Bachmann Electronics of Austria, they developed a new controller.
The DRC1010 model has a small operating panel that can be mounted on an integrated control unit or fixed on a rotating arm. There are several options, including a self-optimizing temperature controller, multi-stage heating boards, and a closed-loop control CPU , Processing data collection, application of TCP/IP network, temperature trend chart and injection pressure curve. Another DRC2010 device also comes with a larger 15-inch touch screen that simplifies process adjustments.
This type of controller can be applied to stand-alone or multi-machine configurations. This set of control system integrates various softwares from Deschma, such as determining the optimal curing time, detection and diagnosis system, disconnected network system, and statistical process control, as well as the collection of processing data.
