The foaming material is prepared by using a corn flour to prepare a polylactic acid resin, which is dissolved and mixed with a special additive. The molecular structure is controlled so that it becomes easily foamable particles and then added with carbohydrates. The formed organic compound foaming agent is molded in a molding machine and heated by high-pressure steam to form a foaming material. The foamed material made by the new process has many advantages, such as: the strength, compressive stress, cushioning, drug resistance, etc. are the same as those of styrene plastic; the existing foaming material plastic manufacturing equipment can be used; The heat is only one-half to one-third of the styrene, will not damage the incinerator; after composting, it can be fattened, and will not pollute the soil.
