At the beginning of June, our company was invited by Shijiazhuang customers to support the newly purchased nine-color gravure printing machine produced by Rui'an. At that time, we considered the actual economic ability of this customer and chose a LD3000 computer with a very high cost performance. With the color control system, after two days of installation and debugging, all technical indicators can meet the requirements of customers. From the installation to the present, the effect of the customers during the use process has been very stable. The specific debugging data is as follows;

Printed products: Diao brand laundry detergent (eight colors), food composite bags (seven colors)

Commissioning time: June 4 - 6

2. When the speed is increased or decreased, the error is within 0.13.

3, the use of single-eye color sensor, with analog signals, do not need to manually adjust the sensor's sensitivity. Just align the eye with the required distance.

4, no encoder, so to avoid the need to enter the parameters of the printing plate and other data.

5, intelligent addressing, do not need to manually find the pulse signal.

6, liquid crystal display, data display intuitive. Wired speed, error, color number, adjustment cycle, error correction function that can be performed to prevent errors caused by the plate diameter caused by plate making

7, using a common color marker, with the first color as a benchmark, will not produce cumulative error.

Through two days of trial production, the customer was very satisfied and appreciated our LD3000 unit color registration control system. At the same time, we issued an acceptance report for us. Especially after the master printer was changed, the substitutions were not easy to operate.
