ADCOTE 545 S / Catalyst F is a solvent-based two-component polyurethane adhesive with extremely high temperature and chemical resistance.

â–  Application range

ADCOTE 545 S / Catalyst F is suitable for the compounding of transparent films, the compounding of plastic films with aluminum foil, and the compounding of cooking bags for the packaging of ketchup, mustard, liquid foods, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.

Adhesives may interact with other components in the material to be composited: inks, film aids, coatings, and the contents of the package and cause unpredictable quality changes. Therefore, before the formal production, a test must be conducted to confirm the suitability of the adhesive with the composite material and the packaged product.
