Second, digital inkjet printing ink

The pre-mixing method does not require high precision on the nozzle, 180dP can meet the general requirements, 360dP can get a very fine printing effect, the printing product is close to a printed style, due to the larger diameter of the nozzle, the dye requirements are not high . In the future, digital inkjet printing will be developed in both directions to meet the different requirements of users.


1, YMCK inkjet printing ink


The YMCK method is a widely used printing method. The ink jet printer sold on the market is also mainly designed for this purpose. Since the nozzle diameter of the nozzle is very small, the resolution of the printing is high, and the viscosity, surface tension, and inorganic salt of the ink are high. 2, pre-mixed inkjet ink


For the premixed inkjet printing, since the high resolution is not required, the nozzle can be made relatively coarse, and the requirement for the roundness of the ejected ink droplet is relatively low. Therefore, the requirements for dyes are also low, and most commercially available liquid dyes can be used simply by simple microfiltration. For example, information is provided that satisfactory results can be obtained by using Kayacion liquid reactive dyes made by Nippon Kayaku Co., Ltd. as inks for ink-jet printing using a pre-mixing method. Therefore, using this method for inkjet printing, the cost of the dye is similar to that of ordinary printing.
