The characteristics of digital printing and the use of its products

The principle of color printing (ie, ink) used in digital printing is the same as traditional printing, except that the carrier of digital printing dye is water, and the carrier of traditional printing is slurry; the digital printing of application mode is non-contact, and the traditional printing is contact. Digital printing has the following features:

(1) Flexible production process

A sample image can be arbitrarily modified on the computer, the customer can be satisfied with the sample; the image unit (commonly known as the head or the cycle unit) is not limited;

2 The need for network production, color matching and sample preparation will simplify production preparation and shorten the processing cycle.

(2) Good reproducibility and high accuracy

1 All the technical data of the digital printing is stored in the computer, which can ensure the same size and the subsequent printing effect of the batch production;

2 The image accuracy of the printed product (with a precision of ± 0.1 m/m) is close to the simulation effect;

3 Use CMYK four basic colors or add 2 to 4 special colors to express 16.7 million (theoretical) colors.

(3) Market competition mechanism suitable for small batches and fast delivery;

(4) It meets the requirement of cleaner production, and there is no residue discharge and noise in the production process (<60dB);

(5) It can be ordered remotely and included in the supply chain network.

The purpose of digital printing fabrics can be summarized as follows:

(1) Fashion clothing, clothing items for women, gentlemen and children (such as scarves, scarves, ties, etc.);

(2) sportswear and swimwear;

(3) Home textiles, such as curtains, sheets, towels, tablecloths, and furniture fabrics;

(4) Car interior decoration for automobiles and vehicles;

(5) Flags and banners;

(6) Construction textiles;

(7) T-shirts and special textiles;

(8) Trans-dermal dosing
