Judging and evaluating the quality of printed matter is mainly assessed from the following aspects:

Tonal reproduction. The tone level on the manuscript should be clearly reproduced on the printed matter, and there must be a sense of space and three-dimensionality in the front and back of the scene.

Color reproduction. Compare the manuscripts to see if the color tone of the manuscript is correctly reproduced on the print. The hue of the entire picture must be both harmonious and richly varied. The contrast between words and images and blank parts should be clear and comfortable.

Printing gloss. The entire picture should be bright, with fresh, beautiful and radiant.

The outlets are bright and clean. The outlets on the printed materials must be strong, smooth, full, and neat and tidy.

Accurate printing. The four corners, the sides of the map, and the inner layers of the map must be printed accurately. There must be no ghosting or dark marks.

Neat and tidy. Both the picture and the blank area should be clean and tidy, with no scars and dirt.

Uniformly. The dark and light ink should be uniform, the concentration should be the same, there should be no sign, and there should be no different shades of writing.

The picture is clear. The image is clear, the outline is real, the texture is strong, and there is no blurry halo. The writing style is clear and beautiful, flawless pen breaks, and there are no ills such as thickening or smallness.

Nothing is wrong. There should be no printed matter on the printed paper due to its high transparency and quality problems due to ink passing through and overprinting and stacking. There should also be no spots or defects such as spots, wrinkles, dust, creases, and holes.
