Printing field method

I have undertaken a batch of spot color printed products, using 80g /? Coated paper, according to the routine should be a piece of PS version of the field, but we used the old PS version to print a good quality, full on the ground Printed products, praised by customers. The specific approach is:

Use a waste PS plate with a flat layout without bumps or damage. When printing, the reverse side of the plate faces outward and the front faces in. No water, only ink. When printing coated paper, in order to prevent the reverse side from sticking, it is best to use quick-drying ink and add 8% of the adhesive removal agent, which is very effective for anti-sticking. After adding the debonding agent to the ink, it not only prevents sticking, but also does not affect the color saturation, and the ink layer appears brighter and clearer, which is convenient for post-press processing, such as calendering, laminating, bronzing, etc.

Here, the debonding agent can replace anti-sticking materials such as dry oil.
