Xinri Light Develops Surface Pretreatment Technology for Aluminum Profiles

In August 2003, Xinri Light developed a new surface treatment technology “CB treatment” for aluminum profiles. The CB treatment has excellent characteristics in terms of scratch resistance in comparison with general surface treatments. The company's unique CB (Chemical Blast chemical blasting) treatment was performed before the electrolytic treatment. Produces bump-like properties on the surface, resulting in unprecedented high-grade aluminum profiles. A low gloss of 2 to 4 is achieved, and the general surface treatment is 10 to 15. The effect of light is low and there is no color change at the visible angle. The hardness of the coating is pencil hardness of 7 to 8H, and the general surface treatment is 4H, which can reduce scratches before and during use. At the same time, the surface quality of the streaks that are not produced during the extrusion can be obtained.
