Air conditioning purification engineering system cleaning and maintenance procedures

Air conditioning purification engineering system cleaning and maintenance procedures

1. Objective: To establish cleaning and maintenance procedures for air-conditioning purification engineering systems to ensure process conditions in clean areas

2. Scope: Suitable for clean room air conditioning purification engineering system cleaning and maintenance

3. Responsibilities: Production Department, Equipment Division, Operator, Maintenance Personnel

4. Procedure:

4.1 Air purification engineering system treatment uses three-stage filtration of primary effect, medium efficiency and high efficiency air filter.

4.2 The staff must enter and exit the clean area in strict accordance with the personnel purification procedures. Different clean areas are restricted to the staff of the area.

4.3 Plants should be reasonably laid out according to the production process and the required air cleanliness level.

4.4 The air entering the clean room (zone) shall be cleaned as required.

4.5 If the clean room air is recyclable, effective measures should be taken to avoid pollution and cross-contamination.

4.6 The production of harmful gases, dust weighing, carbon, raw material storage, extrusion molding, and excessive humidity in the washing room, the local air exhaust device, and relatively negative pressure with other clean areas difference.

4.7 The air should be disinfected regularly, and the workplace can be sterilized by ozone.

4.8 Before operation, turn on the ultraviolet germicidal lamp for 30 minutes, turn on the air-conditioning equipment, and send clean air for 30 minutes before you can get on the job.

4.9 Air Purification Engineering System

4.9.1 Primary filter: mainly removes particles >10μm for fresh air filtration. The filter material is made of coarse and medium-porous foam or non-woven fabric which is easy to clean. After being dirty, it can be soaked and washed with washing liquid. After drying, it can be reused. Replacement cycle: When the initial pressure difference is more than 40Pa, clean and replace it once. The initial effect differential pressure gauge is monitored once per shift.

4.9.2 Medium efficiency filter: It mainly removes 1 - 10μm particles and is used to filter fresh air and return air to protect high efficiency filter. The filter material is medium and fine foamed plastic and non-woven fabric. It can also be reused after cleaning. Replacement cycle: when the intermediate pressure difference is greater than 50Pa, clean and replace it once. The medium-effect differential pressure gauge is monitored once per shift.

4.9.3 High-efficiency filter: mainly removes dust of <1μm and is located at the end of the ventilation system. The filter material is glass fiber filter paper or synthetic fiber filter paper, which can only be replaced and cannot be reused. The period of use is generally 1-2 years. Check the leaks twice a year.

The high efficiency filter should be replaced if:

a. The airflow speed is reduced to a minimum, and the airflow speed cannot be increased even after the primary filter and the medium efficiency filter are replaced.

b. The air volume of the high efficiency filter is 70% of the original air volume.

c. Unexploitable leaks.

4.9.4 Air conditioning system: temperature 18-26 ° C, humidity 45-65%, regular inspection.

4.10 Check the lubrication and sealing system every quarter; and check the air volume.

4.11. Return air outlet: It should be evenly arranged in the lower part of the clean room and equipped with a filter. It should be cleaned and replaced once every quarter.

4.12 Exhaust vent: It is equipped with anti-backflow or filtering measures. It should be cleaned once every season, every six months or when the cleanliness test fails.

4.13 The staff must clean and replace the primary filter and the high efficiency filter according to the service period to ensure the quality of the clean air.

4.14 The air in the clean room (area) should be monitored as required, and the results of air monitoring should be recorded and archived.

4.15 The air purification engineering system shall be cleaned, maintained, maintained and recorded as required.

4.16 In order to ensure the clean environment and cleanliness level of the clean room, the clean room and process hygiene are regularly inspected and monitored; and inspections and monitoring records are made.

4.17 initial effect, medium-effect cleaning: initial effect, medium effect use detergent (no use of washing powder) to rinse in drinking water,

4.18 After the cleaning, the initial effect and the medium effect should be dried naturally in a clean place. The drying process should prevent the dust from polluting the initial effect and the intermediate effect. At the end of drying, it should be confirmed that the initial effect and moderate effect are thoroughly dried to avoid mildew during storage.

4.19 Long-term storage (storage period of more than two months) of initial effect, medium efficiency, should be dried every two months, so as to avoid the occurrence of mildew 4.20 air purification engineering system maintenance records should be recorded
