At the end of 2010, Yao Jun signed a long-term supply contract with a foreign trade company on the Internet. The plush toy produced by this rural enterprise has entered the international market. Yao Jun also searched the internet for international standards for plush toys and set a "factory standard" higher than the national standard. Product demand exceeds supply. In 2011, Yao Jun began to expand the scale and purchase high-end computerized embroidery machines and other equipment.



On the road of rapid development, Yao Jun was full of confidence. He never imagined that the path of a seemingly smooth and brisk business was hidden. In 2012, in addition to its normal business, foreign trade companies added an order of 2 million yuan, which was completed within one month. Yao Jun said that at the time he did not soberly recognize the actual production capacity of the company and he did not hesitate to accept the large order. For this reason, the company temporarily added 2 new machines, and the skilled workers were not enough to temporarily recruit troops. The new machine had to be debugged, and new employees were required to train. Things were not as smooth as they could imagine. The orders were not delivered on time, and the company lost 150,000 yuan.


Apart from regrets, Yao Jun calmly analyzed and summed up an experience: The more prosperous, the more down-to-earth, can not be soaring. In 2013, Yao Jun formulated a long-term development plan for the company, which took out 20% of the profits each year for the second year of investment and new product development.
