In this paper, some artificial skin was used as the test sample, and the oxygen permeability was tested by Labthink OX2/230 oxygen transmission rate test system. The test process, test principle, equipment parameters and scope of application were introduced. This provides a reference for the development of artificial skin and the detection of its properties.

4.1 Principle of the test
The oxygen transmission rate is measured by the volume of oxygen per unit area of ​​the sample per unit time. The upper and lower test chambers of the equipment are separated by clamped specimens. One side of the specimen (the upper test chamber) flows with high purity oxygen, and the other One side (lower test chamber) flows with high-purity nitrogen, so that a certain concentration difference is formed on both sides of the sample.
