The evaporating pressure regulating valve is an adjusting mechanism installed on the outlet pipe of the evaporator of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber refrigeration system to prevent the evaporation pressure of the refrigerant in the evaporator from being lower than the set value.
The function of the evaporation pressure regulating valve of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber:
(1) When the ambient temperature where the space is not allowed is lower than the set temperature, the set evaporation temperature can be ensured.
(2) Prevent water or excessive cooling from freezing, and prevent evaporation pressure from being too low (to prevent evaporator cracking in the chiller). When the pressure in the evaporator is low, the regulator is turned off.
(3) Maintain a constant evaporation pressure to keep the surface temperature of the evaporator constant. The control of the regulator is adjustable, and the flow rate of the refrigerant in the constant temperature and humidity chamber is matched with the load of the evaporator by the throttling action of the regulator on the suction line.
(4) It is possible to prevent excessive frosting on the surface of the cooling coil in the constant temperature and humidity test chamber refrigeration system.
(5) When two or more evaporators with different evaporation temperatures are used in parallel, the compressor is based on the lowest evaporation temperature.
