When purchasing a check valve, remove its spool and weld the check valve to the process tube of the equipment. Make sure that the weld is leak-free and secure before installing the valve plug. When vacuuming, it is necessary to use a fluorinated pipe with a thimble to connect, and the other end is connected to the angle valve, and then connected to the vacuum pump. After the vacuum is completed, the vacuum pump needs to be removed, the fluorocarbon cylinder is replaced, the air in the second fluorinated tube (angular valve) is drained, and then fluorine is added.
