Among the complaints about the decoration of building materials, the top three categories of goods were doors and windows, floor materials and sanitary appliances, accounting for 34.2%, 29.4% and 12.2% of the complaints received by the decoration and building materials, respectively. Among them, wooden doors, ceramic tiles and toilets are three types of complaint hot items.
Judging from the specific problems reflected by consumers, the quality problems of the decoration building materials, the failure to fulfill the three guarantees, the non-return of the down payment, and the delayed delivery problems frequently accounted for 84.1% of the problem of building materials.
Among the consumer complaints about furniture, the top three products were sofas, beds and combination furniture, accounting for 17.0%, 15.0% and 13.8% of the complaints received by the furniture category, respectively. The quality, contract and after-sales service issues accounted for 38.2%, 18.8% and 17.6% of the consumer complaints handled by the furniture category, respectively.
Judging from the specific problems reflected by consumers, the problem of product quality of furniture, failure to fulfill the three guarantees, delayed delivery, and non-return of down payment are more prominent, accounting for 89.7% of the complaints about furniture consumption.
